Can I return a card?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it. We’ll review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

What if my card arrives damaged or there is a problem with my order?
Please contact us with your order details and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue.

Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.

Where do you ship?

We ship football cards worldwide from Malta.

 

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE worldwide standard shipping on all orders.

 

How are cards packaged?

Every order is carefully packaged to protect your cards throughout transit. Cards are securely protected and packed appropriately before dispatch.

 

Is tracking included?

Standard orders are sent using MaltaPost Economy International and do not include tracking as standard. Tracked shipping is available at an additional cost upon request.

 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. International orders may take longer due to local postal services, customs or other circumstances outside our control.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible after payment has been confirmed.

Are the cards authentic?

Yes. We sell genuine football trading cards from recognised manufacturers including Topps and Panini.

 

What condition are the cards in?

Card condition can vary. Any important details we are aware of will be included in the listing. If condition is particularly important to you, please contact us before purchasing and we can provide additional information or photographs.

 

Are the cards shown the exact cards I will receive?

Each listing represents the individual card being offered for sale. If you’d like additional photographs of the physical card before purchasing, just contact us.

 

Can I make an offer on a card?

Absolutely. We’re open to reasonable offers on our cards. Send us a message with the card you’re interested in and your offer.

 

Can I combine multiple cards into one order?

Yes. Multiple cards purchased together can be packaged and shipped as one order where appropriate.

 

PAYMENTS & ORDERS

 

What currency are prices shown in?

All prices on Football Cards Malta are displayed in EUR (€).

 

Can I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

Will I have to pay customs or import charges?

Depending on your country, an international order may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
