Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us with your order details and clear photos of the card and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

For other returns, please contact us before sending anything back. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received.

Cancellations may be possible before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Nothing in this policy affects any consumer rights that apply under Maltese or EU law.
