By placing an order with Football Cards Malta, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products & Condition

We aim to describe every card as accurately as possible. Trading cards are collectible items and may have minor manufacturing or condition imperfections. If condition is particularly important to you, please contact us before purchasing for additional information or photographs of the physical card.

Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated. Orders must be paid in full before dispatch. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors.

Orders

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where necessary, including in cases of stock errors, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud or circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the order.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Malta. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs and postal services. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and any consumer rights applicable under Maltese and EU law.

Authenticity

We sell genuine trading cards from recognised manufacturers. Football Cards Malta is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Topps, Panini, football clubs, players or governing bodies unless explicitly stated.

Website Content

Product presentation images may be digitally enhanced or presented using styled backgrounds for display purposes. Additional photographs of the physical card can be requested before purchase.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
